This method focuses on physical fitness, mental fitness, and your relationship with the connection between them. Whether physical or mental, fitness is not something that we have or don’t, but rather something that can always be improved, strengthened, and known at a deeper level within ourselves.

It is inevitable that we face change, but what sets us apart is how we thrive amidst it. Learn to face adversity and cultivate joy on the mat so that you’ll be better prepared to rise above in life— making your practice truly practical.

This approach benefits from years of study in a competitive biomedical sciences program combined with years as a yoga and meditation instructor influenced by studies in Yoga Nidra, Katonah, Iyengar, Vinyasa, and Kundalini lineages. These, combined with my expertise as a Learning and Development Director in a high-growth global environment, give you practices that are robust, yet still approachable and easy to apply.
